Getting started
Campaigns, replies and recovery
Know what is running, what needs attention and how to stop new work.
Campaign controls
Open Campaigns to check status and pause or resume. A draft does not enter contacts. An active campaign processes eligible contacts through its sequence. Pausing stops new campaign delivery; it cannot recall a message already sent or undo a vendor request already in flight.
Every campaign sends on its own. Each step still passes the same checks: sender readiness, allowance, working hours, credits and suppression. You can read, edit or stop any message in the inbox before it goes, and ask for changes in plain words; later messages in the workspace follow them. Turn automatic sourcing off if you want to stop adding prospects while existing sequences continue.
Understand the counts
Saved audience counts contacts in attached lists. In progress counts distinct contacts with unfinished steps, including ongoing ICP sourcing. It can exceed the saved audience. Replied counts contacts who answered; it is not an unread count. Open the campaign for queue rows and actual scheduled times.
Handle an incoming reply
Inbox starts with Needs attention across channels. Awaiting reply means the latest actual exchange in a thread was a human reply. A newer draft does not clear it. Drafts to review and Send failures provide separate filters; All conversations and Pipeline retain broader views.
Open the contact, read the complete thread and use its reply or draft controls. Inspect queued automation before sending a manual response; use the offered cancel control where appropriate. A countdown is the earliest scheduled opportunity, not guaranteed delivery.
Recover without duplicates
If a build needs repair, read the blocker, fix missing sender or credit settings and retry the same saved build. Progress and sourced contacts are retained. A missing nurture delay on an unused sequence can be repaired during retry. A sequence already in use needs review rather than automatic rewriting. Sequence generation is attempted up to three times in one pass; a build that still cannot produce a valid sequence stops with the reason instead of retrying on a timer.
For a stopped or interrupted agent chat, inspect its completed tool results before starting another request. Do not assume an interrupted browser means the work stopped or that a vendor call did not happen.
Billing and support
See Credits and billing for invoices, expiry, top-ups and cancellation. For help, email support@trygtm.com with the workspace, campaign or run identifier, time and observed status. Never send passwords, full card details or prospect conversation content. Check service status for published incidents.
