Getting started

Your first campaign

Review the company facts, connect an email sender and choose a starter batch that fits your credits.

1. Get access and choose a plan

Access is currently by waitlist. Once invited, sign in at app.trygtm.com and complete the plan step. Included credits are available after payment is confirmed. See Credits and billing.

2. Review your company essentials

Add your website, sender identity and postal address. Research produces proposals for you to correct. Confirm the company, offer, personas, ICP, exclusions, keywords and sending rules. Named accounts, competitors and proof can be reviewed later. Unreviewed proposals are not confirmed facts; never add invented testimonials or outcomes.

Answers save as you complete each section. You can leave and resume. Research and model work use credits; check the displayed research scope before running it again.

3. Connect an email sender

Open Settings → Sender accounts. Verify a sending domain and configure a mailbox with the correct name and address. Check its status, daily allowance, ramp and sending window. LinkedIn is optional; a connected account sends connection requests from day one. See Sender setup and reconnects.

4. Choose a funded starter batch

The first-campaign screen shows available data and action credits, the reveal price and a starter target. The maximum also respects client workspace limits and leaves data credits for research. Actual imports can be lower because qualification, coverage and other work use credits.

5. Follow progress and control spending

Progress survives navigation. If a build fails, resolve the displayed blocker and retry the same build; do not create another campaign to recover it. Ongoing sourcing can continue beyond the initial batch. Disable automatic sourcing or pause the campaign to stop expansion. Without overage enabled, metered work pauses when the applicable credits run out.

6. Work replies and review results

Inbox opens with conversations needing attention. Open a thread to read messages, review a draft and inspect or cancel queued automation. Campaigns shows status, replies and pause controls. For the daily workflow, see Campaigns, replies and billing help.
