Search

A filter rail over the prospect database. Searching is free. Exporting people enriches them, costs data credits, and writes them to Contacts, where campaigns can reach them.

Searching

Search opens on the first page of the whole database, with the total in the top right, and narrows as you add filters: job title, seniority, department, where the person is, which contact details the database holds for them, and the company’s name, industry, SIC code, headcount, revenue and location. Each page shows twenty-five people with their title, company, location, industry and headcount. Nobody is charged for looking, and no contact details are shown here: exporting is what buys them.

The Advanced filters (social connections, homeowner, net worth, income range, children, married and age range) and SIC codes are held for recently verified contacts only. Ticking one moves the search to those contacts, the total says “verified contacts”, and your other filters carry over. A filter value those contacts do not hold is removed and named. Untick them and the search returns to the whole database.

People already in your Contacts are marked as such and link to their record, so an export never buys the same person twice.

Exporting

Tick rows, or open the counter and take the first N of the search, then press Export. Exporting is the moment people are enriched: email and phone are bought in one call for everyone selected, and everyone who comes back with a usable address is written to Contacts with the same provenance as a sourced lead, so retention, suppression and intent monitoring apply the same way. The dialog quotes the most it can cost, lets you land the people on a list, and can hand back a CSV.

Exporting needs the manage level on Contacts. Members with view access can search, and the Export button tells them who to ask.

Where the spend shows

Every export is a line on Settings / Usage under “Contact details revealed”, against the data balance, recorded with who pressed the button and the filters they searched with. Agency members see the organisation’s balance in the toolbar; a client workspace member sees their own workspace’s people and none of the agency’s.
