Remove a copy lesson

Retire one copy lesson. Messages written afterwards stop following it. Campaign drafts written under it that are still waiting to go are rewritten without it just before they send, each billed as one AI message; drafts written before it was taught, and words a person wrote or edited, are left as they are.
