Set the hours and weekdays the workspace sends in. The launcher sends only inside it, paced so each sender's daily limit is reached by close.

end_hourintegerrequired- Hour sending stops, 1 to 24, exclusive. Must be after startHour.
daysinteger[]required- ISO weekdays that send: 1 is Monday, 7 is Sunday.
